To login, your Member ID is your "MemberNumber" plus an "M" for the Member or an "S" for the Spouse.
For example, if your member number is "99999" and you are the spouse, your Member ID is "99999S" Your default password is your last name.
After initial login, use the "Password Change" link to enter a personalized password.
